摘要：Ante el crecimiento de la expectativa de vida cada vez son más las personas adultas mayores en nuestro país esto conlleva tomar medidas para satisfacer las necesidades propias de esta condición física es por eso que se considera necesario el que la asistencia social analizada como un derecho humano de carácter social se haga extensivo a las personas adultas mayores para así garantizar de manera digna la última etapa por la que atravesamos los seres humanos.
其他摘要：In this article an analysis of the principles established in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States Policy of the United Mexican States will be carried out in relation to the figure of the substitution of the complaint that is established in article 107 constitutional, focusing on how the substitution of the complaint could be established in the Labor Law, respecting each and every one of the constitutional principles established in article 1 of our supreme norm.
