摘要：La problemática que viven nuestros grupos indígenas no solo por la reivindicación del derecho a la tierra; sino por el dominio de sus territorios; considerados como ancestrales; ha llevado a que inicien un proceso de luchas que determinan que la Constitución Política de 1991 introduzca las políticas del multiculturalismo declarando la existencia de un Estado pluriétnico y multicultural; además del reconocimiento de la jurisdicción especial indígena; lo que no ha signifi cado que hayan logrado materializar sus derechos siguiendo bajo la estructura colonial de la exclusión.
其他摘要：Th e problems facing our indigenous groups not only by claiming a right to the land, but by mastering their ancestral territory considered, has led to engage in a process of struggles that determine that the Constitution of 1991 introduced multiculturalism policies declaring the existence of a multiethnic and multicultural state and the recognition of special indigenous jurisdiction, which has not meant that are able to realize their rights under the colonial structure following the exclusion.
