摘要：El presente artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio que explora en las principales expectativas con respecto a la reconstrucción que configuran los afectados en las comunidades afectadas por el terremoto y maremoto ocurrido en la zona central y sur de Chile a principios del 2010. Se realizaron diversos focus groups con personas que perdieron sus viviendas en la catástrofe y entrevistas a informantes claves tales como dirigentes, funcionarios municipales y de las fuerzas públicas. Se tocaron temas relacionados con la reconstrucción y la organización comunitaria. A grandes rasgos, los resultados permiten sostener que existe una inquietud muy fuerte por participar en los procesos de reconstrucción y por solucionar las necesidades particulares de cada sector. La organización comunitaria aparece como una herramienta fundamental para los afectados, pero se encuentran muchas dificultades para su implementación, relacionadas con la falta de experiencia y el bajo capital social.
其他摘要：This article shows the results of a study that explores the main expectations regarding the reconstruction that those affected in the communities affected by the earthquake and tsunami that occurred in the central and southern areas of Chile at the beginning of 2010. Various focus groups were held with people who lost their homes in the catastrophe and interviews with key informants such as leaders, municipal officials and public forces. They touched on related topics with reconstruction and community organization. Broadly speaking, results allow us to maintain that there is a very strong concern for participating in the reconstruction processes and to solve the particular needs of each sector. Community organization appears as a fundamental tool for affected, but there are many difficulties for its implementation, related with lack of experience and low social capital.
