摘要：O presente artigo objetiva analisar a transposição da notória obra literária Memórias póstumas de Brás Cubas, de Machado de Assis, publicada em 1880, para a peça de teatro musical Memórias póstumas de Brás Cubas – musical cômico-fantástico, feita pela atriz e diretora Regina Galdino, em 2017. Busca-se elaborar reflexões sobre as razões que levaram ao formato adquirido na nova mídia e sobre as soluções encontradas para que o produto final da transposição mantivesse as características mais importantes do texto original.
其他摘要：The present article aims to analyze the transposition of Machado de Assis’ notorious book The posthumous memoirs of Bras Cubas, published in 1880, to the musical play The posthumous memoirs of Bras Cubas – a comic fantastic musical, created by the actress and director Regina Galdino, in 2017, in São Paulo, Brazil. This article seeks to elaborate on the reasons that led to the format acquired in the new media and on the solutions found so that the final transposition product retained the most important characteristics of the original text.
