摘要:Abstract This research takes object at PT. Pundikarya Sejahtera Bekasi City, aims to determine the influence of motivation, leadership style, compensation on employee performance at PT. Pundikarya Sejahtera Kota Bekasi and which variable is the most dominant effect on employee performance. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 52 employees as both population and sample. Data analysis using SPSS program with data analysis technique using multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, and the compensation variable is the most dominant influence to employee performance.
