摘要：En junio de 1974, el Ministerio de Economía argentino elabora y pone en estúdio el Proyecto de Ley Agraria, con el propósito de regular el uso, el dominio y La tenencia de la tierra, utilizando como fundamento que el empleo de la tierra debería cumplir una función social. El texto completo del proyecto es publicado en junio de 1974 por el diario La Nación; rápidamente la noticia adquiere relevancia y se reproduce en la prensa nacional, provocando reacciones tanto adversas como favorables en las diferentes entidades agrarias. El propósito de este estudio es analizar los esquemas argumentativos utilizados por el periódico La Tierra de la FAA, para construir un discurso a favor del proyecto y utilizarlo como herramienta de lucha en pro de la modificación del sistema de tenencia de la tierra. El formato de información semanal del periódico posibilita instalarse en una posición intermedia entre los medios gráficos de circulación diaria y La revista, lo cual le permite convertirse en una fuente de información especializada y a la vez reflexiva. Como herramientas metodológicas se utilizaron algunas categorías propuestas por el Análisis Crítico del Discurso.
其他摘要：In June of 1974, the Argentine Ministry of Economy elaborates and he puts in study the Project of Agrarian Law, in order to regulate the use, dominion and possession of the Earth, using the fundament that the Earth should have a social function. The plaintext of the project is published in June of 1974 by the newspaper La Nación; quickly the news acquires relevance and reproduces in the national press, bringing about adverse reactions as much as favorable in different agrarian organizations.The intention of this study is to analyze the argumentative schemes used by La Tierra newspaper of the FAA, to construct a discourse in favor of the project and to use it as tool of fight for the modification of the system of possession of the Earth. The format of weekly information of the newspaper makes possible to settle in an intermediate position between the average daily graphs of traffic and the magazine, which allows him to become a specialized and simultaneously reflective source of intelligence. As methodologic tools are used some propose categories by the Critical Analysis of the Discourse.
