摘要：Este artigo tem como preocupação discutir os estados morais em Kohlberg para compreendermos as questões relacionadas ao desenvolvimento da consciência democrática. No mundo em que, muitas vezes, negam-se valores ou estes se limitam ao aspecto individual desde a ética relativista, convém identificarmos como o raciocínio mental opera frente aos desafios e dilemas enfrentados no cotidiano para entender: como a construção pessoal da consciência democrática oportuniza o rendimento produtivo do sujeito trabalhador, a capacidade de tomar decisões, de resolver problemas complexos e de fazer frente às situações imprevistas, no âmbito da cotidianeidade. Neste sentido, a perspectiva social neste estudo considerará os níveis da seguinte forma: nível pré-convencional que tem interesse na aprovação social; o nível convencional preocupado com a lealdade às pessoas, grupos e autoridades; nível pós-convencional pelo bem estar de outros e da sociedade. Um valor básico, tanto em nível convencional como pós-convencional é a confiança.
其他摘要：This article discusses the moral states of Kohlberg, in order to understand issues related to the development of the democratic conscience. In a world in which values are often denied, or are limited to the individual aspect, taking a relativist ethic, it is appropriate to identify how the mental reasoning operates when faced with the challenges and dilemmas faced in daily life to understand how the personal construction of democratic conscience enables the productive performance of the working subject, the capacity to make decisions, resolve complex problems and deal with unexpected situations that arise in daily life. Thus, from a social perspective, this study will consider the levels as follows: The pre-conventional level, which involves social approval; the conventional level, which is concerned with the loyalty of individuals, groups and authorities; and the level postconventional for the welfare of others and the society. A basic value, both at conventional and post-conventional levels, is trust.
