摘要：Este trabajo de investigación es un complemento de otros estudios Institucionales realizados en la Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñez, con el fin de obtener un mejoramiento continuo, brindar una mejor calidad educativa a toda la comunidad Nuñista mediante la retroalimentación recibida del entorno laboral. Este estudio da a conocer la posición social, laboral y económica en la que se encuentran los egresados del Programa de Licenciatura en Pedagogía Infantil de la Corporación desde el año 2010 hasta el 2017. El objetivo general de este trabajo fue analizar el impacto laboral de los Egresados del Programa de Licenciatura. Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa de tipo descriptivo, para ello se aplicó una encuesta a manera de cuestionario con 24 preguntas. Se logró caracterizar a los egresados graduados: la mayoría de los egresados encuestados viven en Colombia, por otro lado más del 80% continúo con su formación académica, el 84% en la actualidad se encuentra laborando y lo hace en el ámbito educativo.
其他摘要：This research work is a complement to other institutional studies carried out at the Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñez, with the aim of obtaining continuous improvement, providing better educational quality to the entire Nuñista community through feedback received from the working environment. This study shows the social, employment and economic position of the graduates of the Corporation's Children's Pedagogy Degree program from 2010 to 2017. The general objective of this work analyzed the labor impact of the Graduates of the Degree professional program. A quantitative research of a descriptive type was made, for which a survey was applied as a questionnaire with 24 questions. It was possible to characterize the graduates: most of the graduates surveyed live in Colombia, on the other hand more than 80% continued with their academic training, 84% are currently working and do so in the educational field.
