摘要：El objetivo central del trabajo de investigación ha sido identifi car y problematizar una realidad compleja, como es el caso de las víctimas. Es la expresión clara de una situación social creciente que muestra las limitantes de la modernidad democrática. En lugar de producir ciudadanía libre, se extiende el campo de las víctimas. En una perspectiva teórica multidisciplinaria, se enfatiza el carácter social y político de la víctima, cuya realidad se extiende a lo psicológico y lo jurídico-legal. La víctima es negada y encubierta, por la condición penosa que expresa. En síntesis, hay que revertir la negación del sujeto, y darle capacidad de acción e incidencia sobre sí mismo y sobre los demás, para reparar sobre una situación malsana.
其他摘要：The central objective of this research work has been to identify and problematize a complex reality such as the case of victims, which is the clear expression of a growing social reality that shows the limitations of democratic modernity. Instead of producing free citizenship, it extends the field of victims. From a multidisciplinary and theoretical perspective, an emphasis is made on the social and political character of the victim, whose reality extends to the psychological and juridical-legal aspects. Victims are denied and disguised, due to the painful condition that they express. In synthesis, we must reverse the denial of the subject and provide capacity for action and incidence on oneself and on others in order to repair the existing unhealthy situation.
