摘要：Se presenta una reseña de una obra sorprendente por su originalidad y muy precisa y concisa en las apreciaciones de las aportaciones más relevantes que han dado a la Psicología una serie de autores e investigadores, alguno de finales del siglo XIX, y la mayoría de medidos y finales del siglo XX. La obra, aunque publicada en inglés inicialmente en el año 2007, y reeditada en castellano en 2016, sin embargo conserva toda su frescura y sus ideas clave que el autor, Tom Butler-Bowdon, economista graduado en la Universidad de Sidney, ganador de varios premios, quiso transmitir pensando no tanto en los psicólogos y profesores sino más bien en el público en general. A través de cincuenta obras de otros tanto autores, médicos, psiquiatras y psicólogos la mayoría, se han ido desgranado cientos de ideas que el propio autor del libro va seleccionando y que abarcan algo más de un siglo, examinando algunas de las cuestiones que más interesan a las personas sobre nuestra conducta… como qué es aquello que nos motiva al actuar, qué es lo que hace que nos sintamos y actuemos de una u otra manera, sobre cómo funcionan nuestros cerebros y cómo se crea un sentido del yo. Un repaso a las principales aportaciones de 50 autores clave de la Psicología se ofrecen como todo un repertorio de ideas, principios y leyes relevantes para tratar de entender y comprender la conducta humana.
其他摘要：It presents a review of a work surprising for its originality and very precise and concise in the appraisals of the most relevant contributions that have given to the Psychology a series of authors and researchers, some of the late nineteenth century, and most of measured and late twentieth century. This work, although published in English initially in 2007, and reissued in Spanish in 2016, nevertheless it preserves all his freshness and his key ideas that the author, Tom Butler-Bowdon, economist classified in the University of Sidney, winner of several prizes, wanted to transmit thinking not so much about the psychologists and teachers but rather about the great public. Across fifty works of others so much authors, doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists the majority, have gone away peeled hundreds of ideas that the own author of the book is selecting and that they include slightly more than one century, examining some of the issues that most interest people about our behavior... what it is that motivates us to act, what makes us feel and act in one way or another, how our brains work and how it is created a sense of self. A review of the main contributions of 50 key authors of Psychology are offered as a whole repertoire of ideas, principles and relevant laws to try to understand human behavior.
