摘要：Colombia es un país que no ha escatimado esfuerzos para conseguir la paz, con más de ocho acuerdos firmados ha intentado bajar el nivel de hostilidades en el territorio. Sin embargo, muchos de los esfuerzos invertidos se han quedado en las negociaciones, dejando a un lado todo el proceso de reincorporación que tiene que vivir el desvinculado al momento de ingresar a nuevos contextos. Lo anterior, conlleva a que no se les brinde herramientas necesarias como la educación, para finalizar con éxito todo su proceso de reintegración. De ahí que se presente a la pedagogía crítica como una estrategia idónea y garante de la continuidad en la educación superior universitaria de los desvinculados, fortaleciendo así sus procesos de reincorporación a la vida civil y su permanencia en la legalidad, durante y después del posconflicto.
其他摘要：Colombia is a country that has spared no effort to achieve peace, with more than eight agreements signed they have tried to lower the level of hostilities in the territory. However, many of the efforts invested have remained in the negotiations, leaving aside the entire process of reincorporation that the disengaged have to experience when entering new contexts. This leads to the fact that they are not provided with thenecessary tools, such as education, to successfully complete their reintegration process. Hence, critical pedagogy is presented as an ideal strategy and guarantor of their continuity in higher education, thus strengthening their processes of reincorporation to civil life and their permanence in legality, during and after the post-conflict.
