摘要：Las matemáticas son consideradas como un factor importante en la formación integral de los estudiantes, sin embargo los obstáculos para su aprendizaje originan que no se formen nuevos conocimientos que son necesarios para desarrollar una trayectoria escolar eficiente. Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) se han convertido en un recurso con el que se pueden superar obstáculos, especialmente aquellos relacionados con la prevalencia de conocimientos conceptuales y procedimentales erróneos. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el impacto del uso de las tecnologías para reducir los obstáculos mencionados en el nivel educativo de bachillerato; para lograrlo se realizó un estudio no experimental descriptivo, empleando la técnica de la encuesta, en el cual se indagó sobre las percepciones de 207 estudiantes acerca de cómo las tecnologías han modificado sus prenociones e interpretaciones de conceptos y procedimientos matemáticos ineficaces. Los resultados indican que a partir del uso intencionado de las TIC los estudiantes perciben un cambio en el entendimiento de las matemáticas, logrando con ello reducir obstáculos en el aprendizaje. Se concluye que el uso de la tecnología es un aspecto de gran importancia para la formación de los educandos, siempre que se acompañe del conocimiento disciplinar del docente.
其他摘要：Mathematics is considered an important factor in the integral formation of students, however, obstacles in their learning result in new knowledge not being generated, which is necessary to develop an efficient school career. Information and communication technologies (ICT) have become a resource with which obstacles can be overcome, especially those related with the prevalence of erroneous conceptual and procedural knowledge. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of the use of technologies to reduce the obstacles mentioned in the baccalaureate educational level; to achieve this, a descriptive, non-experimental study was carried out, using the survey technique to ask about the perceptions of 207 students in how technologies have modified their preconceived notions and interpretations of inefficient mathematical concepts and procedures. The results indicate that from the intentional use of ICT students perceive a change in the understanding of mathematics, thereby reducing obstacles in learning. It is concluded that the use of technology is an aspect of great importance for the training of students, as long as it is accompanied by the disciplinary knowledge of the teacher.
