摘要：Este trabajo reflexivo, descriptivo y exploratorio presenta la construcción de un instrumento de evaluación para sistemas de gestión del aprendizaje (SGA), según parámetros de diseño y aprendizaje, el cual fue utilizado para evaluar Chamilo y Google Classroom. Esta evaluación se desarrolló en tres etapas: 1) se cargaron los materiales de un curso existente en ambos SGA, documentando una apreciación narrativa de las experiencias; 2) se elaboró de un listado de ventajas y desventajas; y, 3) se aplicó el instrumento diseñado a partir de la literatura especializada y las etapas precedentes. Classroom obtuvo resultados ligeramente superiores a Chamilo y las ventajas y desventajas de cada uno guardan cierta relación con sus características. A pesar de las limitaciones del tipo de investigación utilizado y que solo reporta el punto de vista del profesor, este acercamiento puede contribuir a desarrollar mejores parámetros de evaluación que pueden aplicarse a otros SGA.
其他摘要：This reflective, descriptive and exploratory work presents the construction of an evaluation instrument for learning management systems (LMS), according to design and learning parameters, which was used to evaluate Chamilo and Google Classroom. This evaluation was developed in three stages: 1) the materials of an existing course were uploaded to both LMS, and a narrative appreciation of the experiences was documented; 2) a list of advantages and disadvantages was elaborated; and, 3) the instrument that was designed from the specialized literature and the preceding stages was applied. We found that Classroom got slightly better results than Chamilo and that the advantages and disadvantages of each LMS are partly related to their own characteristics. Despite the limitations of the research design used and that we only report professors’ point of view, this approach can contribute for to develop further evaluation parameters that can be applied to other LMS.
