摘要：En este trabajo, pretendo esbozar una caracterización de la respuesta jurídica del Estado Mexicano ante las demandas en materia de Derecho Indígena como contexto para ofrecer una primera aproximación a la temática y acuerdos de la Mesa de Derecho y Cultura Indígena en Chiapas, realizada en el marco de la negociación del Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional -EZLN- y el Gobierno Federal. Con la instalación de esta mesa, se abrió una nueva etapa en el complejo proceso hacia el orden jurídico de la diversidad.
其他摘要：In this paper, I intend to outline a characterization of the legal response of the Mexican State to the demands in Indigenous Law as context to offer a first approximation to the thematic and agreements of the Indigenous Law and Culture Bureau in Chiapas, The framework of the negotiation of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation -EZLN- and the Federal Government. With the installation of this table, a new stage was opened in the complex process towards the legal order of diversity. This experience, unprecedented in more than one sense, will be analyzed from the legal point of view, without eluding certain political precisions, we will delve into the content of the debates and positions, leaving for other spaces the analysis of the political strategy of the parties in the dialogue.
