摘要：Los resultados expuestos en este artículo forman parte de una investigación histórica, dirigida a la profundización de los estudios sobre la vida y obra del filósofo y pedagogo cubano del siglo XIX José de la Luz y Caballero. Los autores plantearon dos objetivos fundamentales; el primero estuvo orientado hacia la determinación de los fundamentos epistemológicos de la refutación de Luz a la metafísica ontológica del eclecticismo espiritualista. El segundo objetivo estuvo dirigido al análisis crítico de las raíces identitarias del posicionamiento crítico lucista y su reflejo en el proceso de formación nacional cubano. La elaboración del artículo partió de una exhaustiva búsqueda de las fuentes vinculadas directamente con el tema de investigación. Del mismo modo, fueron seleccionados los materiales de trabajo y aplicados los métodos exigidos por el proceso investigativo.
其他摘要：The results exposed in this article are part of a historical investigation, directed to the profundización of the studies on the life and the philosopher's work and Cuban educator of the XIX century José de la Luz y Caballero. The authors outlined two fundamental objectives; the first one was guided toward the determination of the foundations epistemológicos of the rebuttal from Luz to the ontologic metaphysics of the spiritualistic eclecticism. The second objective was directed to the critical analysis of the roots identitarias of the positioning critical lucista and its reflection in the Cuban process of national formation. The elaboration of the article left of an exhaustive search of the sources linked directly with the investigation topic. In the same way, the work materials were selected and applied the methods demanded by the investigative process.
