摘要：La importancia de este estudio es resaltar los valores que deben fortalecerse en la formación del profesional de la carrera de Economía, aspecto que debe constituir la base formativa del currículo, de modo que se desarrollen los valores profesionales y humanos que hacen falta, para poder asumir actitudes positivas ante situaciones de corrupción que se pueden presentar en el ejercicio de la profesión. El estudio realizado partió del análisis de las distintas aristas del proceso de formación que gestiona la carrera de Economía de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (Uleam); se analizaron los documentos bases de la misma: malla curricular, perfil de egreso, misión, visión, y los campos de actuación de dicho profesional una vez formado, se utilizó como método el análisis de contenidos, la entrevista y la observación de actividades docentes y extra docentes, ello permitió conocer el tratamiento al problema, así como, las relaciones fundamentales existentes en el proceso pedagógico de formación de los economistas. El objetivo de estas reflexiones, versa en el tema de análisis de la malla curricular de la carrera economía en la Uleam, en Ecuador, con el fin de enriquecer con algunas ideas los fundamentos de la formación de dicho profesional.
其他摘要：The importance of this study is to highlight the values ??that should be strengthened in the in-training professional of the Economics, an aspect that should constitute the formative basis of the curriculum, so as to develop the professional and human values ??that are needed, in order to be able to assume positive attitudes when facing situations of corruption that may arise in the exercise of the profession. The study carried out part of the analysis of the different aspects of the training process carried out within the degree course of Economics in the Uleam. The basic documents analyzed: curricular model, egress profile, mission, vision, and the fields of action of this professional once formed. As a method for the analysis of contents, there were used the interview and the observation of teaching and outdoors activities, this allowed to know the treatment of the problem, as well as the fundamental relationships existing in the educational process of training economists. The purpose of these reflections is to analyze the curricular model of the Economics degree course at the Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí (Uleam) in Ecuador, in order to enrich with some ideas the fundamentals of the formation of the aforesaid professional.
