摘要：Estas breves reflexiones intentan precisar el significado que tiene el término “moral” en la teoría jurídica. Registra los tres significados en que usualmente se aplica el término: como sinónimo de moral personal o individual, como equivalente a moral positiva o social y como moral ideal o crítica. Defiende la tesis de que es en este último sentido en que se usa el término moral en la teoría jurídica. No obstante, señala como su uso plantea serios problemas relacionados con la existencia de los valores morales (ontológicos) y relativos a la posibilidad de la fundamentación racional de los enunciados y proposiciones morales (epistemológicos).
