摘要：Se abordan en este artículo diferentes cuestiones de las subastas electrónicas en los procesos de ejecución tras la modificación operada por la Ley 19/2015, de modificación de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, exponiendo las normas procesales más importantes que las regulan, y analizando con detalle el procedimiento para realizar el alta y gestión de las mismas en la aplicación de la Cuenta de Depósitos y Consignaciones del Juzgado. También se estudian las funciones del Letrado de la Administración de Justicia en el impulso de la subasta electrónica y la conexión de las aplicaciones de los órganos judiciales con el Portal de Subastas del Boletín Oficial del Estado, sede electrónica en donde se celebran las subastas en la actualidad.
其他摘要：This article addresses different issues of electronic auctions in the enforcement processes after the modification operated by Law 19/2015, amending the Civil Procedure Act, setting out the most important procedural rules that regulate them, and analyzing in detail the procedure to carry out the registration and management of the auctions in the application of the Account of Deposits and Consignments of the Court. It also studies the functions of the Lawyer of the Administration of Justice (Judicial Counsellor) in the impulse of the electronic auction and in the connection of the applications of the judicial branch with the Portal of Auctions of the Official State Gazette, electronic headquarters where the auctions are held in the present.
