摘要：Este artículo es la elaboración última del trabajo realizado para las Jornadas Técnico Procesales y de Dirección de los Letrados de la Administración de Justicia celebradas en Comillas en septiembre de 2018. Se recogen en él los distintos aspectos que las diligencias de entrada y registro en un lugar cerrado plantean en la actual Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal. Desde su concepto y regulación hasta la elaboración material del acta que la documenta. Se sistematizan en epígrafes independientes los numerosos problemas que estas diligencias instructoras plantean a los que intervienen en el proceso penal -ya sean operadores jurídicos o no-. Prestando, debe quedar claro desde el comienzo, especial atención a los relacionados con los Letrados de la Administración de Justicia; auténticos protagonistas de unas diligencias policiales y judiciales de investigación que constituyen una fuente inagotable de actividad en sus Juzgados de Instrucción. Utilizo como instrumento esencial para dar solución a las cuestiones planteadas, la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo -además de algunas referencias doctrinales-; diferenciando tales cuestiones según comporten una infracción constitucional o legal.
其他摘要：This article is the final version of the work conducted at the Technical and Procedural Workshops of the Lawyers of the Administration of Justice - Clerks of the Court- held in Comillas in September 2018. It includes the different aspects that the proceedings of entry and registration in an enclosed place under the current Criminal Procedure Law. From its concept and regulation to the material preparation of the documenting record. The numerous problems that these investigative procedures raise to those who intervene in the criminal process - be they legal operators or not - are systematized in independent epigraphs. Giving special attention to those related to the Lawyers of the Administration of Justice; authentic protagonists of some police and judicial investigation proceedings that constitute an inexhaustible source of activity in their Courts of Instruction. I use as an essential instrument to solve the issues raised, the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court - in addition to some doctrinal references-; differentiating such issues according to a constitutional or legal infraction.
