摘要：Es vox populi que el estado, mantenimiento y conservación de las calles de Jaén, muy especialmente las del Conjunto Histórico, declarado, por cierto, Bien de Interés Cultural, es mínimo, casi nulo. Y cuando deciden, desde la administración competente, por lo común el Ayuntamiento de Jaén, acometer alguna reforma, suele ser a peor: usando los peores materiales, nada nobles, fuera de lo que la ley contempla, y haciendo todo a prisa y corriendo bajo la premisa de “es lo que hay”. Es por ello que en esta pequeña investigación me afano en mostrar y denunciar dicha situación a través de un caso concreto que yo misma he protagonizado junto a otras personas, a fin de crear una conciencia colectiva para con el Patrimonio municipal que empiece por echar cuenta de la importancia de los pavimentos como imagen conformadora de la ciudad.
其他摘要：It is common knowledge that the state, maintenance and conservation of the streets of Jaén, especially those of the Historical Center, declared BIC, is minimal, almost nil. And, when they decide, from the competent administration, usually the City Council of Jaén, to undertake some reform, it is usually worse: using the worst materials, nothing noble, outside of what the law contemplates, and doing everything they hurry up with the premise of "this or nothing". For this reason, in this small investigation I try to show and denounce this situation through a specific case that I have starred with other people, in order to create a collective conscience to the municipal heritage that begins by thinking of the importance of pavements as the image of the city.
