摘要：Nesse artigo, pretende-se abordar uma das primeiras concepções humanas sobre a justiça. O poeta Hesíodo (século VII a.C.), considerado um dos maiores educadores da Grécia, procura mostrar em seu poema, Os trabalhos e os dias, que a justiça é uma qualidade que melhora o homem, distanciando-o da condição animal e ligando-o à divindade. A dignidade humana, nesse sentido, deriva da liberdade, da escolha da ação boa e do repúdio à iniquidade. O recurso aos mitos tradicionais tem para o poeta uma função pedagógica: exortar os homens a buscarem o seu bem maior, aquilo que os separa das bestas e os aproxima do divino, conferindo-lhes uma essência única nesse mundo: a posse da justiça. 其他摘要：In this article, it is intended to address one of the first human conceptions of justice. The poet Hesiod (seventh century BC), considered one of the greatest educators of Greece, for display in his poem Works and days that justice is a quality that enhances the man, away from the animal condition and linking it to the deity. Human dignity, in this sense, derives from the freedom, of choice of good action and the repudiation of iniquity. The use of traditional myths of the poet has a pedagogical function: to urge men to seek your highest good, what separates them from the beasts and the approaches to the divine, giving them a unique essence in this world: the possession of justice.
