摘要：O objetivo desta pesquisa foi compreender se o Sistema de Informação Gerencial está alinhado à estratégia em empresas do terceiro setor com atividade hoteleira. A metodologia utilizada foi através de pesquisa exploratória, realizada com entrevistas com três empresas do segmento. Ficou evidenciado que as organizações do terceiro setor possuem dificuldades de quebrar a cultura organizacional para promover a mudança, dificuldades em construir uma estrutura planejada, organizada e profissional, e o maior motivo dessa dificuldade se dá pela formação profissional do grupo de pessoas que dirige as organizações e o relacionamento que se tem com a gestão. Mesmo com essa dificuldade é possível encontrar a existência de alinhamento estratégico entre com o Sistema de Informação Gerencial e o Planejamento Estratégico nas organizações estudadas onde se destaca a empresa (A).
其他摘要：The objective of this research was to understand if the Management Information System is aligned to the strategy in companies of the third sector with hotel activity. The methodology used was through an exploratory research, conducted with interviews with three companies of the segment. It was evidenced that third sector organizations have difficulties in breaking organizational culture to promote change, difficulties in building a planned, organized and professional structure, and the biggest reason for this difficulty is the professional formation of the group of people who manage the organizations and the relationship one has with management. Even with this difficulty it is possible to find the existence of strategic alignment between the Management Information System and Strategic Planning in the organizations studied, where the company (A) stands out.
