摘要：The concept of "new rhetoric" is one of the concepts that have emerged in the wave of the studies that have entered our linguistic studies due to translation or transfer from the studies of the West in the field of re-creation of the intellectual heritage of Aristotle and Plato. Through the application of its mechanisms and the attempt to re-establish this heritage and what we will present during the research is an attempt to find the consensus and differences between the two statements: Arab heritage and Western Europe to evaluate this development process, and judge its effectiveness or not.
