摘要：Los recientes hallazgos de cerveza en recipientes neolíticos y campaniformes ofrecen una nueva base empírica sobre la que replantear ciertas hipótesis. El panorama que dibuja la documentación actual impide que aceptemos sin crítica planteamientos que, como los de Andrew Sherratt, suponen el marco de referencia para la interpretación del alcohol en la Prehistoria Reciente europea. Se plantea una vía indígena occidental para la elaboración de alcoholes y se pone en duda el gran valor que se ha asignado a la cerveza en momentos campaniformes.
其他摘要：In the last years it has been documented beer in several bell-beakers from the Iberian Peninsula. It could be though that this confirms Sherratt's hipothesis about alcohol and bell-beakers. But we are going to argue that it has no sense. The bell beaker beer is not a novelty. In West Mediterranean we have neolithic beer made with barley. And we also have neolithic honey, a self-fermenting product quite suitable for made alcohol: mead. Another products suitables to make alcoholic drinks are present as well, like the wild grape, documented in ancient neolithic sites. It is not necessary to supose an oriental diffusion of brewing. It is also argued, that we can not assume without criticism that beer is a hig value product in bell-beaker times.
