摘要：El estrés se ha convertido en uno de los padecimientos más frecuentes de finales de siglo. Hay muchas definiciones del mismo que emergen desde sus diversas concepciones. Resultan preocupantes los estudios que evidencian la simbiosis estrés y determinadas enfermedades. Abordamos el estrés desde su origen, evolución y prevención posible mediante técnicas como la “inoculación” basada en las técnicas de modificación de conducta.
其他摘要：Stress has become one of the most frequent illnesses of the end of this century. There are a lot of definitions of this term depending on its different concepts. The studies which give evidence of the close relationship that exists between stress and some illnesses, are worrying. We are treating stress from its origin, evolution and possible prevention with the use of some techniques such as "inoculation", based on the change of behaviour.
