摘要:Various studies have examined and evaluated the importance of the quality of working life for employees performance. Quality of work life is a concept or philosophy of management in order to improve the quality of human resources has been known since the seventies. At that time the quality of work life that is narrowly defined as management techniques which include quality control, enrichment of employment, an approach to negotiate with unions, management effort to maintain mental fitness of employees, harmonious industrial relations, participative management and one form of intervention in the development of organizational. In a further development the quality of work life is a form of philosophy that is applied by management in managing the organization in particular and human resources in particular. There are four dimensions in the quality of working life is expected to improve the quality of human resources, namely participation in problem solving, innovative rewards system, improvement of the working environment and job restructuring. This study aims to determine the effect of union effectiveness, authentic leadership to the quality of work life, as well as the influence of the quality of work life, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance.
