摘要：Запропоновано підвищення ефективності взаємодії міністерств (відомств), структурних підрозділів МО України та ГШ ЗС України при рішенні задач управління розвитком ОВТ здійснити шляхом інтеграції їх мережевих інформаційних ресурсів в єдину інформаційно-аналітичну систему. Показано, що формування відкритого мережентричного середовища доцільно здійснити на основі використання принципів трансдисциплінарних онтологій. Зазначений підхід забезпечить ефективну обробку великих обсягів неструктурованої і просторово-розподіленої інформації у стислі терміни.
其他摘要：The proposed enhancement of the effectiveness of cooperation between ministries (departments), structural units of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the decision of the tasks of management of the development of armament and military equipment is made by integrating their network information resources into a single information and analytical system. It is shown that the formation of an open network-centric environment should be based on the use of the principles of transdisciplinary ontologies. This approach will provide efficient processing of large volumes of unstructured and spatially distributed information in a short time.
