摘要：Надані результати аналізу та систематизація основних причин, що призводять до виникнення дефектів у зварних корпусах бойових броньованих машин легкої категорії за масою та визначення основних напрямів їх попередження. Показано, що проблема підвищення якості та забезпечення відповідного рівня балістичної та протимінної стійкості зварних бронекорпусів має комплексний характер, пов’язана зі зварністю застосовуваних на виробництві сталей, організацією та оснащеністю зварювального виробництва та конструктивними особливостями корпусів ряду вітчизняних броньованих машин. Аналіз цих факторів дозволив сформувати напрями подолання проблеми, що крім наукового вирішення в основному потребують управлінських і організаційних рішень.
其他摘要：The paper presents the results of the analysis and systematization of the main causes that lead to defects in the welded hull of light armored vehicles by weight and determine the main directions of their prevention. It was shown that the problem of improving the quality and providing the appropriate level of ballistic and mine resistant of welded armored hull is complex, connected with the weldability of steel used in the production, organization and equipment of welding production and the structural features of buildings of domestic armored vehicles. The analysis of these factors allowed us to formulate directions for overcoming the problem, which, in addition to scientifi c decision, basically requires managerial and organizational decisions.
