Necesitamos una información tratada y digerida, lista para ser ingerida sin apenas percatarnos. De este modo, a lo largo de estas páginas se presenta un conjunto de treinta prácticas, actualizadas y recopiladas a partir los consejos de profesionales en la materia que, implementándolas en cualquier centro de atención al visitante, se conseguirán satisfacer las necesidades de conocimiento de todo aquél interesado. La mediación humana, la museografía y las nuevas tecnologías son la puerta de entrada al mundo de la interpretación patrimonial y, a partir de ellas, se es capaz de llegar a cualquier tipo de visitante.
