informação como direito humano, sobretudo para pessoas com deficiência.
其他摘要：This article is the result of master's research on the participation of disabled people in health conferences held in Brazil in 2011 and aims to provide analyzes of mediations and movements of this population segment in these spaces, the claim by the human right to health. From a qualitative research, we sought to understand how these people, with their discursive practices not always expressed by voice, but other bodily manifestations, between hands and wheelchairs, participating in these forums, here considered public spaces of multiple discourses and mediations, marked by power games. Are highlighted the demands made by persons with disabilities in the analyzed conferences, as they were seen by other social groups present, how their claims appeared in previous conference reports and to what extent these spaces ensure right to participate to them. The analyzes show that there is movement of people with disabilities at conferences, although related to accessibility obstacles, especially communication, and invisibility. These moves vary from one conference to another and the recurrence of claims in reports and interviews show the persistent gap between the rights set out in the legislation and the effectiveness of inclusive public policies.
