摘要：Este trabalho tem por objetivo compreender como a temática do HIV/Aids vem sendo problematizada na área da Saúde Coletiva, em sua interface com o campo dos denominados “direitos sexuais e reprodutivos” e das tecnologias reprodutivas como uma inovação tecnológica ainda pouco debatida no âmbito das políticas públicas de saúde. Para tanto, examina os marcos do atual debate em torno da reprodução medicamente assistida, tendo em vista os diferentes enfoques encontrados na literatura acadêmica sobre o tema, no âmbito das políticas públicas de saúde voltadas para o HIV/Aids e para as mulheres. Pressupõe que questões históricas e políticas relativas à formação desses campos se refletem na maneira como esse tema, ainda escasso na literatura examinada, tem sido abordado. A análise desenvolvida apóia-se em estudos disponíveis realizados nesse campo, em documentos oficiais e mídia impressa, e reúne um conjunto de reflexões acerca dos temas reprodução assistida, HIV/Aids e direitos reprodutivos.
其他摘要：This work aims to understand how the HIV/AIDS issue has been questioned in the Public Health field, in its interface with the field known as “sexual and reproductive rights” and reproductive technologies as a technological innovation still seldom discussed in the context of public health policies. Therefore, it examines the current debate milestones encompassing medically assisted reproduction, in view of the different approaches found in the academic literature on the subject within the scope of public health policies aimed at HIV/AIDS and for women. We assume that historical issues and policies concerning the build-up of these fields are reflected in the way this topic, still uncommon in the examined literature, has been discussed. The developed analysis is supported on available studies on this field, official documents and print media, and brings together a collection of reflections on the themes assisted reproduction, HIV/AIDS and reproductive rights.
