摘要：Discute-se no presente trabalho as possibilidades oferecidas pela Promoção de Saúde, revista como Negação da Negação e a sua identidade, por contraste com o modelo de entendimento atualmente hegemônico da Saúde/Doença, de natureza circular e reprodutiva. A partir de um componente humano historicamente constante, caracterizado pela dialética “estar mal e por isso buscar estar bem”, a Promoção de Saúde como Negação da Negação é também analisada como oportunidade de emancipação, por contraste com o modelo circular, entendido como oportunidade de negócios. Destacam-se finalmente, as condições e obstáculos a serem superados para a efetivação da mudança de perspectiva no entendimento e na prática da Saúde/Doença em direção à Promoção de Saúde como Negação da Negação.
其他摘要：In the present work the possibilities offered by health promotion, reviewed as a negation of negation and its identity, in contrast with the presently understood model of health/disease, circular and reproductive in nature, are discussed. From a historically constant human component, characterized by the dialectic of “to be bad and thus to seek to be well”, health promotion as negation of negation is also analyzed as an opportunity for emancipation, in contrast with the circular model, understood as a business opportunity. Finally, the conditions and obstacles to be overcome for effectiveness in changing perspectives in the understanding and practice of health/disease in relation to health promotion as a negation of negation are pointed out.
