摘要：This article focuses on the share of the sporting activities in the re-educative treatment in prison.It considers the juridical framework of the Italian Constitution and the current Penitentiary System concerning the individualized educational training of prisoners.Furthermore, the paper points out to details of the role of educators in sports initiatives, aimed at reintegrating the detainees into society.
