摘要:Abstack: This study aims to determine: (1) The condition of organization climate, (2) The performance level of the employees, and (3) The relationship between the organization climate and the performance of employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach korelasional. The population in the study totalled 263 employees, and determination of the sampling using random sampling techniques. The number of samples obtained was as much as 158 employees . The data were collected by using questionnaire. Data analysis using analytical techniques descriptive and correlation pearson product moment . The results showed that: (1) The organization climate is increasing in high level, that is condusive situation, (2) The employees shows a highly performance, and (3) There are positive and significant relationship between organization climate with the performance of the employees.

Keywords : organizational climate, the performance of employees, and islamic boarding based school Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kondisi iklim organisasi, (2) tingkat kinerja pegawai, dan (3) hubungan iklim organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 263 pegawai, dan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang didapat adalah sebanyak 158 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner/angket. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi, yang berarti bahwa iklim organisasi berada dalam kondisi kondusif, (2) tingkat kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : iklim organisasi, kinerja pegawai, dan sekolah berbasis pondok pesantren.
