摘要：Abstract: The objective of the research is to develop a cross-cultural monoculture learning model to reduce prejudice in elementary school students. Research and development research approach using ADDIE model. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Descriptive data analysis. The results of this study received validator assessments and were tested on a small scale and wide-scale test with excellent information obtained from instructional learning data, pretest and postest student prejudice questionnaires, and student responses to learning. This suggests that a cross-cultural learning model is worthy of use in learning to reduce prejudice in elementary school students with a monoculture background.
