摘要：El presente artículo describe el funcionamiento de un grado lingüístico concreto (el Grado en Estudios Ingleses de la Universidad de Jaén) a lo largo de la última década, con el fin de determinar si se está desarrollando adecuadamente y si está preparando al futuro profesorado para afrontar con éxito los retos planteados por el actual panorama de enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras. Basándose en 4 estudios de carácter cuantitativo y cualitativo con más de 800 participantes en total, ofrece un recorrido por el pasado, presente y futuro de este Grado y proporciona instrumentos, procedimientos y un diseño de investigación replicables en otras investigaciones.
其他摘要：The present article centers on a specific case study (the degree in English Studies at the University of Jaén), whose development it traces over the course of the past decade in order to determine whether it is functioning adequately and preparing future graduates to successfully step up to the challenges posed by the current foreign language teaching scenario. Taking 4 quantitative and qualitative studies with over 800 respondents as a basis, it glosses the past, present, and future of the afore-mentioned degree and provides instruments, procedures, and a sample research design replicable in other investigations.
