摘要：El período de prácticas constituye uno de los momentos más deseados e importantes en la formación inicial del alumno de magisterio, donde se ve reflejada la necesidad de completar su formación teórica con una práctica docente adecuada. Así el objetivo general de esta investigación fue el de conocer las ideas y necesidades que poseen los alumnos en prácticas de una Facultad de Formación. Para ello se utilizó un diseño pretest – postest, de tipo descriptivo. Se contó con una muestra de 379 alumnos con una edad promedio de 22 años todos matriculados en el prácticum de magisterio. Los resultados indican que existen pequeñas diferencias de actitudes sobre el prácticum dentro de las distintas especialidades. En cuanto a las necesidades que demandan los alumnos, éstos manifiestan su deseo por poder tener más atención por parte de los agentes que intervienen en su periodo de prácticas. De aquí que se proponga un modelo de prácticas basado en los resultados encontrados.
其他摘要：The period of practices constitutes one of the more wished and important moments during the initial training of the education students. In this period, the students complete their theoretical knowledges with an adapted educational practice. The general purpose of this research is to investigate the ideas and requirements of the students in registered at a Faculty of Training. The researching design was a descriptive study with pretest – postest evaluations, being. The sample 379 22 year-old students on average who were registered in the practicum of education. The results show small differences of practicum’s attitudes between the students of different specialities. About the requirements expressed by the students, they claim more attention by the agents who are involved in their period of practices. Based on this results, a model of practices is suggested.
