摘要：La educación en el siglo XXI destaca la globalización y la internacionalización. Se percibe que los docentes en el siglo XXI son expertos en tecnología, involucran y enseñan de manera efectiva a los alumnos de la generación Z. Las instituciones educativas deben estar equipadas con un requisito previo de recursos de TIC, tanto en hardware como software, y los planes de estudio son diseñados para promover un entorno de colaboración centrado en el alumno. Este estudio determina las habilidades del siglo 21 que poseen los docentes en términos de redes sociales recordando que aún necesitan orientación para usar la tecnología de manera segura y eficaz.
