摘要：El autor desarrolla una crítica constructiva hacia la evaluación descriptiva existente frente al método experimental como medio de tratamiento de variables analizadas en el contexto peruano. A su vez, se descubren distintos aspectos de la realidad peruana en los estudiantes universitarios y en los escolares de las instituciones educativas de la EBR, como parte de la problemática educativa y de la investigación desde la formación académico profesional y el ejercicio docente.
其他摘要：The author develops a constructive criticism towards the existing descriptive evaluation against the experimental method as a means of treating variables analyzed in the Peruvian context.At the same time, different aspects of the Peruvian reality are discovered in the university students and in the students of the educational institutions of the EBR,as part of the educational problem and of the research from the professional academic formation and the teaching exercise.
