摘要：Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o papel da liderança nas organizações e sua influência para a motivação da equipe, onde demonstra a importância de se ter um verdadeiro líder, que saiba influenciar e motivar seus seguidores. As reflexões se constituíram no papel da contribuição do líder na gestão de gestão e motivação da equipe, destacando a importância da motivação da equipe e sua contribuição para as organizações. Alguns autores como Miranda e Ferreira permearam a concretização desse artigo como também as ideias de Kondo, Bergamini, Mussak, dentre outros, pois o papel da liderança perante a motivação da equipe tem se configurado como um grande desafio para as empresas e gestores, que durante sua atuação deverão buscar novas maneira de motivar toda a equipe, buscando melhores resultados.

The reflections were constituted in the role of leader of the contribution to the team management and motivation of management, highlighting the importance of staff motivation and contribution to organizations.
