摘要：O objetivo deste artigo é analisar interações entre policiais e jovens menores de idade envolvidos em atividades delinquentes em duas grandes metrópoles brasileiras (Belo Horizonte e Rio de Janeiro), a partir das narrativas produzidas por estes durante entrevistas biográficas. Três dimensões se revelaram pertinentes para compreender as experiências narradas pelos jovens entrevistados: o status do jovem (idade, sexo, grau de envolvimento na delinquência), o funcionamento da polícia brasileira (principalmente relativo a práticas extralegais) e as lógicas territoriais (favela versus centro da cidade). Nossos resultados permitem redefinir a maneira como essas lógicas estruturantes (normas legais referentes à justiça juvenil, organização do tráfico de drogas, prioridades da intervenção policial) se combinam e produzem efeitos complexos nas relações entre jovens e policiais.
其他摘要：The purpose of this paper is to analyze the interactions between police and underage youth involved in delinquent activities in two major Brazilian cities (Belo Horizonte and Rio de Janeiro), from the narratives produced by these during biographical interviews. Three dimensions were relevant to understand the experiences narrated by the young people interviewed: the status of the young (age, sex, degree of involvement in the crime), the operation of the Brazilian police (mainly relating to extralegal practices) and territorial logics (favela versus center of the city). Our results allow us to redefine the way in which these structural logic (legal norms relating to juvenile justice, organization of drug trafficking, priorities of police intervention) combine and produce complex effects in relations between youth and police.
