摘要：En este artículo he reflexionado sobre la experiencia que he tenido en los últimos años consistente en la aplicación de la metodología de los juegos de roles a la enseñanza del Derecho de la Unión Europea. En concreto, he realizado durante cuatro cursos prácticas en las que los alumnos debían asumir el papel de cada uno de los órganos e instituciones de la UE que participan en los procedimientos legislativos, incluso a partir de las diferentes iniciativas ciudadanas que se han ido presentando en estos años. He podido constatar cómo el empleo de esta metodología aumenta el desarrollo de competencias fundamentales en el marco de la implementación del EEES, como son la creatividad o el trabajo en equipo, al margen de que refuerza la adquisición y la retención de los conocimientos teóricos. Quizá sea verdad que jugando se aprende más y mejor.
其他摘要：In this article, I have reflected on the experience that I have had in the last years consisting on the application of the methodology of the games of roles to the learning of the European Union Law. During the last four years, we have done an exercise in which the students had to assume the role of each of the organs and institutions of the EU that take part in the legislative procedures, starting from the different citizens initiatives that have been presented in these years. In view of the experience, I have realized that the use of this methodology enhances several fundamental qualities in the students, like their creativity or their teamwork spirit, and it reinforces the facility to learn and to retain knowledge.
