摘要：Propõe os princípios da Teoria Geral da Inteligência Competitiva, por meio de sua definição científica, da delimitação de sua estrutura científica e do sistema de investigação nos níveis epistemológico, científico e aplicado. A pesquisa é descritiva, e os métodos utilizados foram o bibliográfico e o histórico, estruturados sob a abordagem sistêmica para a compreensão de objeto científico. Conclui que essa delimitação é possível por atender os requisitos de disciplina científica estipulados pela filosofia da ciência.
其他摘要：It proposes the principles of the General Theory of Competitive Intelligence, through its scientific definition,
the delimitation of its scientific structure and the research system at the epistemological, scientific and applied
levels. The research is descriptive, and the methods used were the bibliographical and the historical, structured
under the systemic approach to the understanding of scientific object. It concludes that this delimitation is
possible by meeting the requirements of scientific discipline stipulated by the philosophy of science.
