摘要：O estado de Roraima apresenta uma grande diversidade de ambientes aquáticos, como lagos, veredas de buriti, áreas alagadas, igarapés e rios. Este estudo objetivou conhecer a distribuição geográfica das espécies M. amazonicum, M. brasiliense e M. jelskii no estado de Roraima, Brasil. A área de estudo inclui doze municípios do estado de Roraima. O material utilizado neste estudo foram os espécimes de M. amazonicum, M. brasiliense e M. jelskii depositados na coleção do Museu Integrado de Roraima-MIRR e no Instituto nacional de pesquisa da Amazônia-INPA. A espécie M. brasiliense é originária de expedições científicas realizadas por pesquisadores do INPA e MIRR em nove municípios. Foram realizadas coletas adicionais de camarão. The number and geographical distribution of the species M. amazonicum, M. brasiliense and M. jelskii that compose the prawn species of Roraima, corroborated with the proposed study.
