摘要：Изучается отражение общественно-политического движения начала ХХ века в документах, сохранившихся в музеях и архивах малых городов Восточной Сибири, которые не являлись центрами губерний. Показано значение введения в научный оборот документов полиции, органов местного самоуправления, специальных коллекций архивов и музеев.
其他摘要：The paper studies the reflection of the socio-political movement of the early 20th century in the documents preserved in museums and archives of small towns in Eastern Siberia, which were not province center. The author shows the importance of introducing police and local governments records as well as special collections of archives and museums to the scientific community.
