摘要：El presente artículo expone los fundamentos que sirvieron de sustento al Comité Jurídico Interamericano de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) para elaborar y aprobar, durante el año 2013, la «Guía de Principios sobre Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas en el Campo de los Derechos Humanos y el Medio Ambiente en las Américas».
