摘要：Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar a possível influência da prática de Ginástica Laboral nos níveis de Qualidade de Vida das funcionárias das empresas de confecções do município de Santa Helena. O estudo foi de e caráter transversal com uma amostra do tipo conveniente, composta por 67 costureiras de quatro empresas de confecções do município de Santa Helena – Pr. Metodologia: Para a coleta dos dados o instrumento adotado para avaliação da qualidade de vida foi o WHOQOL – ABREVIADO, criado pela Organização Mundial da Saúde – OMS, em 1998 (THE WHOQOL GROUP, 1998), traduzido e validado à realidade brasileira no Departamento de Psiquiatria e Medicina Legal da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Para a análise dos dados, inicialmente, foram quantificadas as médias dos domínios de acordo com os critérios propostos pela equipe australiana do WHOQOL, posteriormente, utilizou-se o teste não paramétrico de Kruskall Wallis para comparação dos resultados obtidos pelas costureiras investigadas em relação a empresa de confecções, utilizando do programa estatístico SPSS 13.0 for WINDOWS. Resultados: Verificou-se, inicialmente, que existiam diferenças nos aspectos referentes à qualidade de vida das costureiras investigadas. Ao computar os valores médios dos domínios físico, psicológico, relações sociais, meio ambiente e qualidade de vida total, os resultados apresentados revelaram que as costureiras da empresa 1 apresentavam as melhores médias dos domínios referentes à qualidade de vida em relação as costureiras investigadas das demais empresas. Por outro lado, as costureiras investigadas pertencentes à empresa 4, que ofertava o programa de prática de Ginástica Laboral, apresentavam as médias mais baixas nos níveis de qualidade de vida, exceto, no domínio das relações sociais. Conclusão: As costureiras investigadas apresentavam níveis de qualidade de vida satisfatórios, exceto, os resultados referentes ao domínio social, das costureiras investigadas das empresas 2 e 4 apresentaram médias menores para as encontradas no gênero. Entretanto, a prática da Ginástica Laboral, aparentemente, não tem influência sobre os níveis de qualidade de vida das costureiras investigadas.
其他摘要：This study had as objective to identify the possible influence of Laboral Gymnastics practice in the levels of Life Quality of the employees’ of the making companies of the municipal district of Santa Helena. The study had traverse character with a sample of the convenient type, composed by 67 dressmakers of four making companies of the Santa Helena City. Methodology: For the collection of the data the instrument was used proposed by the World Organization of Health, specifically, WHOQOL - ABBREVIATED, and the version in Portuguese was developed in the Centro WHOQOL to Brazil, in the Department of Psychiatry and forensic medicine of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. For the analysis of the data, initially, the averages of the domains were quantified in agreement with the criteria proposed by the Australian team of WHOQOL, later, Kruskall Wallis’s test nonparametric was used to compare the results obtained by the dressmakers investigated in relation to making company , using the statistical program SPSS 13.0 goes WINDOWS. Results: It was verified, firstly, that differences existed in the referring aspects to the quality of the investigated dressmakers’ life. When computing the medium values of the domains physicist, psychological, social relationships, environment and quality of total life, the presented results revealed that the dressmakers of the company 1 presented the best averages referring domains to the life quality in relationship the investigated dressmakers on the other companies. On the other hand, the investigated dressmakers belonging to the company 4, that it presented the program practice of Laboral Gymnastics, they presented the lowest averages in the levels of life quality, except, in the domain of the social relationships. Conclusion: The investigated dressmakers presented levels of life quality satisfactory, except, the referring results to the social domain, of the investigated dressmakers from the companies 2 and 4 presented the smallest averages found them in the gender. However, Laboral Gymnastics practice, seemingly, doesn’t have influence on the levels of quality of the investigated dressmakers’ life.
