摘要：Se realiza un diálogo con cuatro investigadores sobre cuestiones que implican la noción de acceso abierto a la información en el entorno universitario. Se intenta exponer la importancia y principales hándicaps que presenta el acceso abierto a la información desde las perspectivas de los panelistas, en tanto se ofrecen opiniones sobre algunas soluciones posibles. Se reflexiona sobre el futuro del acceso abierto como alternativa a la suscripción por pago. Finalmente se comenta acerca de la experiencia en el contexto cubano sobre las iniciativas de acceso abierto a la información. ABSTRACT The author makes a dialogue with another four researchers about some issues that imply the notion of information open access on the University environs. The academic tries to expose the importance and main handicaps that the information open access presents from the perspective of the panelists, at the same time some opinions are offered about some possible solutions. The scholar reflects about the future of open access as an alternative to payment subscription.
