标题：Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR): Uma ferramenta de melhoria de produtividade no setor metalúrgico de Contagem? Participation in Profits and Results (PLR): A productivity improvement tool in the metallurgical of the Contagem city?
摘要：Os programas de PLR permitem aos trabalhadores um controle de parte dos salários e integra-os ao processo de produção, favorecendo a gestão compartilhada da empresa. No ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, a PLR foi regulamentada pela Lei nº 10.101/2000, em observância às disposições da Constituição da República/1988, embora, há muito, estivesse prevista na legislação nacional. No presente trabalho, busca-se verificar se a introdução da PLR nos instrumentos coletivos de trabalho (acordos e convenções coletivas) está em conformidade com os objetivos propostos pela norma legal, ou se sua utilização pelos empregadores configura apenas um meio de conceder benefícios aos trabalhadores, sem, contudo, haver a majoração dos encargos salariais. Para tanto, analisou-se os contratos coletivos de trabalho homologados junto ao Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos do Município de Contagem/MG, no período de 2000 a 2012, a fim de verificar a forma de utilização da PLR pelo setor, se consonantes ou não com a legislação vigente.
其他摘要：The PLR programs allow workers to control part of the wages and integrate them into the production process, favoring the shared management of the company. In the Brazilian legal system, the PLR was regulated by Law 10.101/2000, in compliance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic/1988, although it was for a long time provided for in national legislation. In this paper, the aim is to verify whether the introduction of PLR in collective labor instruments is in accordance with the objectives proposed by the legal norm, or whether their use by employers is only a means of granting benefits to workers, without, however, increasing the burden of wages. In order to do so, we analyzed the collective labor contracts approved by the Metalworkers' Union of the Municipality of Contagem/MG, from 2000 to 2012, in order to verify the use of the PLR by the sector, whether consonants or not with the current legislation.
