摘要：L’articolo propone un caso studio precursore delle tematiche di Industria 4.0, sviluppato in Italia dal 2007 grazie al laboratorio congiunto tra l’ospedale AOR e il Gruppo Loccioni, con il contributo dei designer Isao Hosoe e Lorenzo De Bartolomeis. L’articolo documenta il progetto Apoteca, una piattaforma hardware e software per la gestione della farmacia ospedaliera, anticipatore delle tematiche dell’Ospedale 4.0. E contribuisce a chiarire il ruolo del design nel mettere in atto una community-based-research, che adotta un approccio di design thinking e di design dei processi in una visione user-centred. Nel nuovo framework dell’Ospedale 4.0 le competenze del design sono richieste in quanto riescono a produrre valore.
其他摘要：This article proposes a preliminary case study of the Industria 4.0 issue, developed in Italy since 2007 thanks to the joint laboratory between the AOR hospital and the Loccioni Group, with the contribution of the designers Isao Hosoe and Lorenzo De Bartolomeis. The article documents the APOTECA project, a hardware and software platform for the management of the hospital pharmacy, as a precursory design of the 4.0 Hospital. The article contributes to clarify the design role in the Apoteca project, which is implemented through a community-based-research and applies a design thinking as well a design processes approach with a user-centred vision. In the new framework of Hospital 4.0, design skills are required as they are able to produce value.
